This is a pretty straight-forward sheet that Ted wrote which includes some very nice chord moves that can be utilized not only in a blues, but also for chord-fills in many other situations.  This study seems to sound best with a slow groove, and as Ted mentioned, adding a lot of slides into the chords.  I also find that adding some “delays” on some passages brings more “life” to the piece.

Whenever possible look for common tones wherein you can keep a finger or two planted between chord switches.

In the very last measure my ears want to hear the D7 sound for two beats, so my personal preference is to leave out the final C7.

Enjoy!
